Please note that delivery times may be affected by carrier delays during peak seasons and holidays, which are beyond our control. Additionally, international shipments may be subject to customs delays, potentially extending the delivery time.

We also recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. Although Royal Paw is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will do everything we can to help you resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to offer a replacement.
